A Day in the Life

Hard Work that is Worth It

We wont lie - working in a food truck isn't always as glamorous as it would seem.

You will be part of the long hours that makes up preparation and presentation of great food.

A sample day in the lives of our Boise, ID Truck and Trailer:

8 AM - Pick up needed supplies and food for the day/week

8-9 AM - Arrive at the trailer to cut potatoes for today's fries and mix batter. Prepare specialty corndogs.

9-10 AM - Drive to lunch location and prepare to open.

11 AM - 3 PM - Open and serve lunch.

3 - 4 PM - Drive to dinner location and prepare to serve.

5 - 8 PM - Serve dinner.

8 - 9 PM - Clean up for the day, Drive Trailer Home.

Your schedule might change depending on what works for your area and as you figure out what works for you and your business. We are here to help you figure out what that is.
